With a strong pipeline of developments under way, we are looking to strengthen our team with a motivated Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to support our construction operations.
Position Summary
The role involves assisting in the supervision and coordination of construction works, ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and to the expected quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, architects, and consultants, while also supporting cost monitoring and project reporting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer, Architect, or experienced Construction Professional (even without a degree) to grow their career with one of Larnaca’s most reputable developers.
Key Responsibilities
Site & Project Support
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities with contractors and subcontractors.
- Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, and timelines.
- Act as a liaison between site teams, consultants, and the office.
Quality & Compliance
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure high standards.
- Conduct site inspections and assist in progress reporting.
- Support health & safety compliance on site.
Costing & Coordination
- Assist in preparing basic cost estimations and budget reports.
- Track site costs and report variations.
- Support procurement and supplier coordination.
Project Handover
- Assist in snagging lists, quality checks, and client handovers.
- Ensure variations and client requests are properly followed up.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, or
- Significant hands-on experience in construction site supervision.
- 1–3 years’ experience in construction or real estate projects.
- Knowledge of construction methods and ability to read technical drawings.
- Basic understanding of budgeting and cost control.
- Strong MS Office / Excel skills.
- Fluent in Greek and English.
- Valid driving licence.
