With multiple developments completed and several under construction, we are expanding our team and seeking a dynamic Construction & Costing Manager to join our growing operations.

 

Position Summary

The Construction & Costing Manager will oversee the day-to-day execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, budgets, and quality standards. The role requires effective coordination of contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders, while maintaining strict adherence to timelines, safety regulations, and customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

 

Project Oversight & Coordination

  • Supervise and coordinate all contractors and subcontractors on-site.
  • Ensure works are executed according to approved plans, specifications, and schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all site-related activities.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

  • Monitor workmanship, materials, and adherence to quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections, issue reports on progress and deviations, and enforce health & safety compliance.
  • Ensure regulatory and permit requirements are fully met.

Costing & Financial Management

  • Prepare and manage cost estimations, budgets, and financial reports.
  • Support procurement processes, supplier negotiations, and contract reviews.
  • Track and control project costs to optimize efficiency and cash flow.

Stakeholder & Client Management

  • Provide regular updates to Directors on project status, risks, and financials.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and authorities.
  • Ensure customer variations are communicated, tracked, and executed.

Problem Resolution & Delivery

  • Identify risks and provide practical solutions to maintain project momentum.
  • Resolve disputes or delays between subcontractors and escalate critical matters when needed.
  • Oversee project handover, final walkthroughs, and snagging lists to ensure client satisfaction.

 

Requirements

  • Certified Civil Engineer, Architect, or Quantity Surveyor with a recognized degree.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in construction project management, site supervision, or real estate development.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, technical drawings, and costing principles.
  • Strong Excel skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD for reviewing plans and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
  • Ability to work in an office-based role with regular site visits.
  • Valid driving licence.
  • Proven ability to manage contractors, budgets, and deadlines.
